Keep on receiving **FATAL: NO POPULATION ITEMS SEEN IN THE ANNOTATIONS in my current work

Hi, I am interested in using go enrichment to analyze my gene list with gene name, but I have tried different association file, like gene2go (but gene2go does not provide gene name I think), goa_human.gaf, and other files, but the results are still less significant.

Therefore, I wonder where I can find the gene association.txt file for human, I used to try IPA and it works well to me. Many thanks for your help!
