The operational menu is accessible without any authorization. An attacker can access these files, potentially gaining sensitive information or affecting system operations.

How to disable this operational menu feature. In cassandra-reaper.yaml file we have commented the admin connectors on port 8081 but still we can access this over http://:8081/
