Scrobble Not Reporting Playback Stopped

Expected Behavior

Stopping playback in Kodi should report playback has stopped to Trakt.

Current Behavior

Trakt addon is not reporting playback stopped when playback stops in Kodi. Trakt shows video is still playing and at the end video is not marked as watched as well.. Only way to get it to work correctly is by using a VPN, then scrobble works correctly.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Play without VPN and then with VPN.

Context

No resume pounts created or videos being marked as watched when using the Trakt addon. Two logs provided one with VPN enabled and one without.
