Is your feature request related to a problem?

95% of our Database plugins have names beginning with an upper-case letter. A small handful do not. With the exception of openPMD (which appears in the middle of the list), the few lower-case entries all appear at the bottom of the File->Open As->pull-down menu making them hard to find. In the Plugin Manager, Databases tab, we appear to get it right.
