What is needed is for our community to have a common place that we look to answer detailed developer questions.
This could be stackExchange or Quora (thanks for the pointer - I was trying to remember where there was that stuff that I tripped over a while back.)
However, I think the objective should be to help people do RDF, not to help people understand RDF.
When I look at the StackExchange questions I see very few that do that - they are interesting, but aren't very comparable with what I get out of it for PHP or whatever.
People should be asking things like "I tried to validate http://example.org/id/foo.bar and validator XXX said 'invalid' but validator YYY was OK. What is going on?" (to pick an idea from there).
