It is perfectly acceptable to say you need help with solving the problem if that is the case, but dont keep marking the issue reports as completed and close them.

Why do you keep marking this issue as 'Complete' and 'Closing' the report when you clearly have not fixed the problem?

And those are just on a quick search. Im sure there are plenty more reports of this issue that have also been totally ignored yet marked as fixed....

And as of this post today, Aug 20, 2024 it STILL isnt fixed.....

That just looks bad and makes it seem like you dont care at all about the people who are trying to support you.

so whats going on? dont know how to fix it? dont want to fix it? are you abandoning the extension? if you are not going to fix it or are unable to fix it or gave up on the extension, just tell us.... let us know what is going on if you want people to continue using the stuff you publish. if you just ignore the problems for years and mark them as completed when you have not done anything (for YEARS), people will not use your stuff, and will not continue to provide feedback since you obviously will just blatantly IGNORE everyone, so why would they waste their time... thats not cool....

PS: Im not mad or trying to be rude or mean, just putting my view of the situation out there.
