Collapsed Queue: Fix uncollapsing when posts are edited #1583

Description

As mentioned in the comments of #1529, if one opens a draft in the post editor and then closes it (whether or not they dave the edit), the post gets rerendered and this removes Collapsed Queue's DOM modifications. This fixes this.

We should probably do another pass on excludeClass use at some point, I suppose.

Testing steps

  • Enable Collapsed Queue on drafts
  • Click edit on a draft
  • Exit the editor
  • Confirm that the draft is still collapsed
