My heat pump also has an update, but I don't want to update during the heating period. Do you have error messages in the log? |
Some more details: The following sensor changed its value to "0" There are major changes to energy and heat amount. Instead you can see total heat amount heating, total heat amount domestic water and addition of both (total). And there is a new menu, where you can see the values for current month. Additionally there is a new menu where you can see the corresponding energy used (heating, domestic water, total) . This is also available as monthly view. |
How do I use the dump script? |
Download it, open it with a text editor, change the IP number on line 3 to the one of your heatpump, save it and run it with python, for instance Do the totals add up? As in, is the sum of DHW energy and heating energy indeed the total energy? On my system (firmware version 3.85.9) the web interface shows a total that adds up the heat amounts of DHW and heating, without the heat amount produced by the second heat generator, and I also have 2 counters which show the total since a date and a total since reset (which are both the same since they have never been reset). The counters don’t add up for me, the last 2 counters are showing, at this moment in time, 4,3 kWh more than the sum of DHW, heating and second heat source energy: Verwarmen 2343.9 kWh |
Hi! My question was a little bit more special: There is an import of luxtronik in line 1. I'm not sure about the environment needed to execute the script. I a terminal on Mac it fails with: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'luxtronik' |

Hmm, quite different. Nothing about the second heat source anymore? "Eingesetzte Energie", is that the calculated electrical energy that was used? These parameters are new compared to my firmware version:
That Of course there was some time between the dump and your screenshots, you could try to repeat the dump and see if you can correlate the values with the web interface. They do extend the "old" interface apparently, so I guess they probably still have some internal tools that use it. |

Yeah that’s right but I don‘t know exactly. Additional heat source was in use for only 5h before I deactivated it :)

The program logic seems to have changed a bit. With V2.86.0 the flow_out_temperature_target was 20 C° (instead configured 15 C° heating_min_flow_out_temperature) if the heating mode was off. Now with V2.88.1 it is 15 C°. 👍🏽 Btw.: With the newest version of my module you can use the integration diagnostic download to get this values very fast. |
With pre-release 2023.01.07 I have added the sensors heat_energy_input and domestic_water_energy_input. In my case they changed the value but they are not live like the output energy values. Perhaps they change then the heatpump goes to standby? Btw.: With 2.88.1, my heat pump restarted itself several times in an uncontrolled manner! But I'm not sure if it's the firmware or new read-write tests with my HA test version. |
