Adjusted Gradle Settings to Reflect Updated Project Name

Description

Modified the root project name in settings.gradle to the new all-caps root directory.

How Has This Been Tested?

By reloading indicies after adjusting the name and checking any Java files to have the appropriate syntax highlighting. Building and running the application also works fine.
