- revamp registering of Events - remove __slots__ - add pitch & value properties to AfterTouchEvent - add ProgramNameEvent - rename SomethingEvent to UnknownMetaEvent
- remove the madmom.utils.open context manager - use np.loadtxt and np.savetxt for input/output - downbeats return format is a numpy array - processors use either sys.stdout or sys.stdout.buffer as default output

This PR makes the whole library Python 2 & 3 (3.3 or newer) compatible.
Maybe we should also add TravisCI to continuously test compatibility.done
