root: releasing version v3.0.0

This patch releases the version v3.0.0 consisting of the following
changes:

1. Renamed chewkeanho-bsd-3 to chewkeanho-rlos SPDX identifier
   for consistency purposes.
2. Backported license-gpos backends.
3. Corrected some spelling and grammar errors.
