  • O formulário deverá conter os seguintes campos(todos obrigatórios):

    • Nome
    • Email
    • Telefone
    • CPF
    • País: campo a ser implementado na Issue 2
    • Cidade: campo a ser implementado na Issue 2

  • Criar card com o formulário

  • Adicionar máscara para o campo email

  • Adicionar máscara para o campo telefone

  • Adicionar máscara para o campo CPF
