How to use winetricks to install dlls in the environment?
Or, if possible, can I use winetricks when compiling wine-build, to add dlls to the build?

You can use it like this:

$ export WINE=/path/to/your/wine/binary
$ export WINEPREFIX=/path/to/your/wineprefix
$ winetricks dlls_list

For example:

$ export WINE=/home/user/wine-9.12-amd64/bin/wine
$ export WINEPREFIX=/home/user/.myprefix
$ winetricks d3dx9
