Add a custom export and import functionality.
At the moment only django data are managed with django-import-export

What you can export:
selected dumps:

all dumps:

results from selected dumps or all results:

ISSUE:

file under upload must exist in correct path before dump import
dump must exists before importing related results
no elastic data are actually sync, not sure if manage them with signal or externally via kibana
