MADP v0.4.1

This new release:

• Improves compatibility with mac-os
• Includes test software run with 'make check'
• Includes policy iteration with GPU support for policy evaluation
• Improved pruning in AlphaVectorPruning

MADP 0.4

Most importantly this release removes the dependence on pomdp-solve and the old lpsolve for pruning and parsing .pomdp files, as well as some other new features. Please see the changelog.
