In this release of STREAM, we've introduced the following enhancements:
- The capability to generate simulated single-cell multi-omics data.
- A comprehensive evaluation of enhancer-driven regulons (eRegulons) through comparative analyses with KEGG pathways, H3K27ac ChIP-seq peaks, and enhancer-gene relationships as documented in databases like scEnhancer and EnhancerAtlas.
