OmegaCommons beta public release

This repository contains the source code for a number of Java software tools collectively called OmegaCommons, which were developed to facilitate the extraction of generic methods particle tracking and trajectory analysis methods from the main Open Microscopy Environment inteGrated Analysis (OMEGA) application (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.2535523).
