fix: harshB and faye - total org summary date range filters

This PR is created to add date filters (Time Period & Comparision Period) to TotalOrgSummary page.

Main changes explained:

• Added filters to filter summary dashboard data.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ Reports→ TotalOrgSummary →…
6. Select a date range from Time Period dropdown. (You can either select a preset option or select a custom range)
7. Select comparison period option. (The option you will select, will be in reference to the Time Period selected.)
8. See if data is filtered correctly or not.
9. verify this new feature works in dark mode.
