Enhancements:

  • Extends the User model to allow for setting specific permissions about who can edit which programs.
  • Adds three new views
    • Dashboard view (for navigation and stats)
    • Program List View (for choosing which programs to edit)
    • Program Edit View (for editing each program and viewing non-editable fields
