Improved layout of close channel and fee selection

Description

This improves the layout and colors of the close channel and corresponding fee selection dialogs. Currently it is not recognizable that additional elements appear when close channel is pressed. This is resolved by adding a margin below the button so that when scrolled to the bottom and pressing the button, the additional elements are partly visible.

Fixed the "blank screen" problem by removing the seemingly unnecessary KeyboardAvoidingView which created a lot empty space at the bottom (fixes #1658).
