Traffic Simulator 1.0

The first release of the Traffic Simulator.

To change the parameters of the application, edit the "TrafficSimulator_1.0.exe.config" XML file.

Keep the "ActressMas.dll" and "TrafficSimulator_1.0.exe.config" files in the same folder with the executable.
