Static ip problem #236

I have a problem when performing an upgrade (OTA or from file).
The Sonoff keeps all my settings (as it should be} except for the static ip that I gave when I first flashed the firmware. It reverses to dynamic ip.

What was the solution to this problem? Would be great to document what the issue was in case other people come across the same issue?
