Launch chrome and run the application

• With this batch file you can start any supporting server required for the application(by providing the path).
  
• Then you can configure the Source path of the application to run.
  
• Next, it contains the path of the chrome.exe application and forwarding it to open the specified port on Chrome.
  
• Followed up by the command to start/run the application.

1. Going to explorer
2. Opening a terminal (or vice versa)
3. Typing the command to run
4. Launching Chrome/Hitting a new tab
5. Typing the URL
