This PR moves the IronPython scripting package into the separate bonsai-rx/ironpython-scripting repository. Commit history has been rewritten in the new repository to keep track of git blame history, but otherwise the repositories are now expected to evolve separately.
The obsolete
Bonsai.Scriptingbridge package has been removed from both repositories since no more releases will be made.Fixes #1877
