Enhancements for `add-document`

• add-document now accepts directory names, as well as file names. Directories will be walked for every file contained within them.
• add-document now pushes documents on a cadence. User controlled via --pace; defaults to 500ms.
• add-document now generates consecutive document-ids. User can chose the starting number; defaults to milliseconds since the the Unix Epoch.
