We maintain fallbacks for Node.js v10 for subpath exports, for example this one for @bufbuild/protoplugin/ecmascript.

But they do not actually show up in the published artifacts. We have to check the settings .npmignore and packge.files to see why, and fix it.

This also affects the packages in the v2 branch.
