This is the base plugin required for using Kaltura with Moodle 2.

To install this plugin, copy the contents into moodleroot/local/kaltura,
where moodleroot is the moodle 2 root (code) directory.

You will need to have an account with kaltura.com, or be running
the Kaltura CE (Community Edition), available from kaltura.org.
