Subset of the in-house dataset used for testing ddSeeker. Data are scRNA-seq of MDA-MB-361 breast cancer cell line obtained using the Bio-Rad ddSEQ single cell isolator.
- Run1: 400k reads from the low quality run.
- Run2: 400k reads from the high quality run.
