Pre-Release Initial Development w/ Web Interface and Hopper

This is a pre-release and is only used for reference that this is inital development. This version adds the abillity for the user to set the price of a ball, donations adds balls to the hopper and the web page is updated with the current number of shots in the hopper that can be added to broadcasting software such as OBS.
