[Bug] First hidden annotation added in other job at upload CVAT for video 1.1 annotations.

My actions before raising this issue

• Read/searched the docs
• Searched past issues

Expected Behaviour

Annotations are present only in first job.

Current Behaviour

First hidden annotation is present in second job and it is not present in first job.

Possible Solution

Fix this bug.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1.Create task with several jobs
2.Draw 'rectangle' (track) in first job and in first frame
3.Switch 'keyframe' property to True in second frame
4.Switch 'outside' property to True in first frame
5.Dump CVAT for video 1.1 annotations
6.Upload CVAT 1.1 annotations
