Building CEF 32-bit using on 64bit from sources using automate.py doesn't require chroot.

Build steps for 32-bit using Virtualbox or chroot are provided in Issue #328 .

There were some issues building/running cefclient with chroot, reported on CEF Forum:

Fix and enhance tools for Linux (#327)...

Add 32-bit support to automate.py.
Fix build.py and build_distrib.py on Linux.
Run unit tests in build_distrib.py after wheel package was installed.
