This is a supportive data package for the software package digitalDLSorteR, an R package to deconvolute bulk RNA-seq samples using scRNA-seq data.
This package contains pre-trained context-specific deconvolution models for their use by digitalDLSorteR. digitalDLSorteR must be installed along with digitalDLSorteRmodels.
