Docs for GithubPlugin

The Github plugin is dependant on the webserver running in onlineguru.

onlineguru/src/main/java/no/ntnu/online/onlineguru/service/services/webserver/Webserver.java

It is running on port 9875, and accepts requests only to urls handled by plugins. Github POSTs data to http://absint.online.ntnu.no:9875/plugins/git.
