adding option to customize the labels for "Offline", "Ethernet" and the icon before the SSID of the connected WIFI.
adding option to set custom hosts to ping to check whether the wifi is connected. As of right now, the WiFi is only recognised as connected if it provides internet access. however there may be situations in which WiFis provide access to relevant machines to ssh into, but not the internet. additionally, users may be interested in using services that are not tied to google or microsoft.
