Right clicking a room tile then right clicking another room tile doesn't bring up the context menu #6910

Description

This is almost certainly because of the overlay to dismiss the menu.

Steps to reproduce

Right click a room tile
Without doing anything else, right click another room tile

Expected: context menu. Got: OS/browser menu

Version information

Platform: web (in-browser)
Browser: Chrome 67
OS: Windows 10
URL: riot.im/develop
