An update check was added by @m-lukas to make it very easy to know that there is a new version and how to update to it. Thank you very much for this!

Bumped all libraries to the latest available version, including libraries with potential vulnerabilities that are used by the gonut sample applications.

Fixed issue with special all semantics of the push command, which was broken in the previous release. Use the all argument to let gonut push all available programming languages.

Please note: To be consistent with the cf CLI, the --summary flag had to be renamed to free up the -s shorthand flag. The summary details use the --output flag now. The -s flag is now the short version for --stack. This is a breaking change to previous versions.

The buildpack can be specified using the --buildpack flag and the stack by using --stack.

Added support for pushing apps not bundled by gonut by specifying a remote location, for example a Git URL.
