This pull request changes the ld-process-efm application from a hybrid GUI/CLI application to CLI only. The change greatly simplifies the application code and removes a lot of unnecessary complexity which is not really needed. Removal of the GUI and threading makes the (future) implementation of EFM stacking more simple.
