Once installed, use the hotkey (Alt-R by default) to reload the css files.
From the extensions options page, the hotkey can be customized.
Fork this repo, make your changes in a separate branch, and open a pull request to master.
Make sure all tests pass with mocha test and add tests to cover what has changed.
