1. Remove references to system channel …

   System channel is no longer supported.
   Remove system channel related config from configuration files so that users are not confused.
   Remove system channel references from documenetation.
   The only remaining references to system channel in documentation are in
   the upgrade topics or topics mentioning that system channel is no longer available.
