Split long long config lines?

As the title says, is there any way to split long lines in Hyprland's config?

Here's an example:

exec = swayidle -w timeout 300 'exec $lock' timeout 600 'hyprctl dispatch dpms off' resume 'hyprctl dispatch dpms on' before-sleep 'exec $lock'

if I am not mistaken putting a \ at the end of a line should work
