Description
As with mezzio/mezzio-skeleton#87, this aims to constrain renovate to the correct PHP version to be used. Since
composer/composeris not a specified package, I don't forsee the same issue that PR had either.This will obviously need to be updated next month when support for 7.4 is dropped and 8.2 added.
