CC @tulir and @Half-Shot -- I don't think this will cause any issues, but means bridges should be able to start reading from the header? |
Newer versions of matrix-org bridges should do this automagically. I believe this also to be true for mautrix ones. |

Implements MSC2832. I chose to send the token in both locations, which is allowed by the MSC.
Needed for Matrix 1.4 (#13954).
