Fixes #362 - removed irrelevant projects - renamed folders names - UT 👍
- Create an independent UT project for Model and ViewModel
- In progress: Move the testing coded to appropriate projects.
- Move the testing coded to appropriate projects - Remove redundant references (dependencies) from the UT projects - est the ViewModel using abstract definitions available from the Model layer
