👋 About me

  • ✨ I'm Maria Victoria, a PhD student in Synthetic Biology currently based in London.
  • 🧬 My research is made within the framework of the SYNSENSO Doctoral Network. More information about my project can be found here.
  • 👩🏻‍💻 I’m currently learning in Python. My adventure with Bioinformatics has begun in 2022 at the Institut Pasteur of Paris, where I've been working with AlphaFold2 to improve the understanding of the vaginal microbiota through De Novo structural protein prediction and annotation.
