This release addresses the graceful shutdown of the awc::Client.
Non-protocol changes
#11711 enforces the SHA-NI extentions. Whithout this, nodes are more likely to fall out of sync.
Make sure that the CPU has support for SHA-NI : lscpu | grep sha.
