Notebooks: moving the notebooks to github releases #62

Goal or purpose of the PR

Removing the ipython notebooks from the notebooks folder and moving them to the github releases section instead

Changes implemented in the PR

  • Deleted ipython notebooks from git history
  • zipped them and added it to the v0.0.3 Github release
  • update the notebooks README page
  • created shell-script to archive and upload notebook archive to Github release

After removing the .ipynb files from the notebooks folder, we have the following classification under Languages:
