most important changes

• we're now using real system prompts
• new settings window with a lot more options (please play around with them and tell me if you find something interesting / performance increases)
• language fixes (try asking non-English questions)
• example ollama deployment in compose file

First real release (beta)

I added a lot of requested features:

• packaged everything into prebuild docker containers
• chat mode / follow-up questions
• a model selector on the websites
• a way to switch between debug messages and only displaying the final answers
• dark mode
• a lot of little ui tweaks
