Description

Problem*

Resolves #1962

Summary*

Quick and dirty implementation of #1962, opening a draft PR for visibility. I'll clean this up on Monday.

This PR replaces any calls to AND, XOR, SHA256, Keccak256, Blake2s, HashToField128 and ECDSA verification with constant arguments with direct assignments of the call's outputs.

We can also do the same with the ECDSA functions (Although I'm not sure on the usecase for embedding a constant signature into a circuit).

Documentation

  • This PR requires documentation updates when merged.

    • I will submit a noir-lang/docs PR.
    • I will request for and support Dev Rel's help in documenting this PR.
