Item 1 in issue #2089 has been resolved. This PR is a preparation for item 2. These configuration files are required before setting up READTHEDOCS. Your assistance is appreciated, thank you. |

Hi @MilosKozak , There are no further actions required for this PR. After the PR is merged, the next step would be to set up the Traditional Chinese(zh_TW) language project in ReadTheDocs and then add it to the AndroidAPSDocs project. After the PR is merged, I will leave instructions in issue #2089 on how to set up ReadTheDocs (as I don't have the necessary permissions). Please feel free to correct me if anything is wrong.
