I want to merge small changes related to bug detected by Rafal @rstencel in replacing (detexted in replace mutation in CPB). I have to check the date vs datetime and now the comparison between date vs datetime if there is date is now possible.
Please merge this so as to @rstencel can continue work on replace ContributionPlanBundle etc.
